Australia’s Top Startup Employer for 2023 opens their EMEA headquarters in Dublin

Three is the magic number for Australian-based Regtech AssuranceLab, which recently opened its third headquarters in just three years.

Expanding its reach into EMEA, AssuranceLab have opened an office in Dublin, Ireland, as it looks to replicate the success seen in its North American launch in 2023.

AssuranceLab’s newly appointed Vice President of EMEA, Patrick Hegarty said what sets AssuranceLab apart, is their practicality, automation software and multi-framework approach.

“We realise that no client journey is the same, and each organisation has different compliance objectives.”

“Our team works with clients to test and streamline their cloud-based tools and features to take the burden out of audits,” he said.

When speaking about the new role and future goals Patrick said he is looking forward to expanding the team and the company’s global reach.

“This move marks an exciting time in AssuranceLab’s growth, and I am thrilled to be leading our EMEA expansion. Europe in particular offers tremendous opportunity for efficiency as we see overlapping controls across new and existing regulatory frameworks. Our audit software is designed to consolidate, streamline and automate – reducing the overall workload for our clients.”

“Alongside setting up the EMEA HQ, we are actively looking to expand the EMEA team with several open cyber security consultant roles that are based in Ireland with remote options available,” he said.

The new hires will work alongside the wider AssuranceLab team to service their 400+ global companies and support growth in the EMEA region.
