Saudi Arabian fintech company Ebana has secured $2.66 million (SAR 10 million) in its Pre-Series A funding round, led by Esnad Legal Consultancy and Business Governance.
Established in 2020, Ebana offers a digital platform aimed at optimizing corporate governance processes. Its services cover shareholder registry management, board meetings, committees, and general assemblies, helping companies comply with regulations while improving administrative efficiency. The platform provides comprehensive digital solutions, including invitation management, real-time voting, meeting minutes recording, and report generation.
With this investment, Ebana plans to expand its digital governance offerings and enhance its financial technology solutions. The company will focus on developing investor relations management tools and launching an employee stock ownership program tailored for both listed and private companies.
