Sends launches digital cards with wallet integration

Sends have announced the launch of its new product – virtual payment cards, now available to all personal account holders. The Sends cards are fully compatible with major mobile Wallet platforms, enabling users to make fast, secure, and convenient transactions directly from their smartphones and smartwatches.

The new feature was developed throughout 2024 and 2025, with the project reaching completion ahead of schedule. Starting June 2025, Sends users can issue a digital card directly linked to their personal account, empowering them with instant, on-the-go access to their funds.

Alona Shevtsova, CEO of Sends, commented, “Launching the digital cards with Wallet integration is a major step forward for Sends and our users. Now, every Sends account holder can issue a virtual card instantly and start using it right away with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Our goal has always been to remove friction from everyday payments, and this launch delivers exactly that. I’m especially proud that we completed the project ahead of schedule. It reflects our commitment to pushing boundaries in digital finance.”

The Sends virtual card integrates seamlessly with mobile Wallets, providing users with enhanced security through features like tokenisation and biometric authentication and the convenience of contactless payments. In parallel, Sends is progressing toward becoming a principal member of both Visa and China UnionPay, further expanding its global reach and capabilities.
